Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the master suite occupies the entire third floor, creating a private retreat with scenic surroundings. Heritage Village provides a community pool and convenient access to a grocery store, outlets, and additional shopping. Located just off Route 1, the home offers easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, and is only 5 miles from Cape Henlopen State Park. The location was perfect. Convenient to everything and beautiful grounds. The condo offers a great amount of privacy if there would be multiple couples. We loved our time there!Thank you.

The description of this property was right on. It housed the 6 of us very comfortably. Clean, guiet and peaceful. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was awesome. Kitchen had every utensil you could think of. We said on our way home it was our best vacation in along time.

We had a wonderful week with beautiful weather. While we were not prepared for the lack of basic paper items, toilet paper, tissues and at least one garbage bag it was listed on the contract that these items were not included. Reading is most definitely fundamental. Beach chairs were also listed and they were not. We figured it out and had an awesome week.

Clean and beautifully decorated home on the golf course and about 15-20 minutes from the beach. Very close to outlets, grocery and restaurants. Screened in porch with view of course. Pool is walking distance.
