Property is well-maintained and only a short distance to beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very responsive. Eight minute drive to town. Good heat as we stayed here in December.

This was a lovely place to call home base for a family wedding in Cape May. It was conveniently located and the layout allowed us to be able to bring dogs. Directions were clear, and we so enjoyed having an indoor sitting room. Internet, tv, etc. was so easy to use and cleaning supplies made it easy as we were packing up!

A pretty bungalow, but its overall maintenance was only fair to poor. The garden area with tables was unusable due to low overhanging branches and scruffy looking landscaping that created an unpleasant setting. There were problems with plumbing leaks, a defective door lock and empty bbq gas tank that the guests had to address by notifying the owner or purchasing a gas tank exchange. Lack of dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and insufficient cutlery were a nuisance during a week stay. On the last day there was no hot water in the shower that provided only tepid warm water earlier during the stay. The floors were not uniformly clean from dust and sand especially in the bedrooms. The owner was very pleasant and responsive to complaints, but there seemed to be poor on-site monitoring of the condition of the otherwise pleasant house.
