You will be seduced by this quiet property not overlooked 10 minutes from Guingamp and 30 minutes from the coast.
Outside, you will find a swing, a ping pong table and various games to entertain you but also garden furniture and a barbecue for your convivial moments. A large lawn and a garage for the car complete the outdoor equipment.
You will enter through a hall where you will find documents about the region and an office equipped with wifi. Then we will go to the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher and basic necessities). Adjoining we will go to the laundry room with washing machine, sink and cleaning utensic. On the first floor, we will also find a large living room with television and a library.
