- No same-day bookings - 1 week lead time is required to turn in the lease to the CBC complex for approval.
- This condo requires a two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
- Application is Required
- $150 application Fee charged at the time of booking.
- No Pets Allowed
- This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

🩱Pool & Hot Tub Rules
- No swim diapers permitted
- Children must be potty-trained to use the pool or hot tub
- Children must be at least 6 years old to use the hot tub

PARKING 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Parking is only under the building; vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle.
