The appartment is in a clean and well maintained complex with nice facilities. Cassis is a beautiful town with great market and restaurants, the harbour is lovely for an evening stroll. The appartment is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Beautiful apartment with a great view! Pool and Tennis Courts are pretty ok.
Apartment is old and only partially renovated (e.g. bathroom is very nicely renovated) ... This is what you see and feel in the apartment.
Tricky was, that is wasnˋt possible to rent the linen locally, so we had to pay a lot for a concierge service...

Unfortunately at the time, when we wanted to spend our vacation in Cassis, travelling in EU was not possible. The owner of the appartment was very friendly and understood the situation. So, we did not show up this time, but we will come as soon as this all is over. Thank you Mr M.! Best regards, KL

We had a great time in Cassis. It's a beautiful town and this apartment is perfectly situated. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. Paul was very easy to get hold of and was easy to organise check-in/check-out. The pool wasn't open unfortunately but understandable as it was so early in the year (early April). The apartment itself is quite tired and dated. A switch was broken in the kitchen so an extension lead had to be used. It wasn't super clean (dust on the tables etc...To be honest if the owners spent a bit of money doing the house up, they could charge a lot more! As it was, we got a good deal on the apartment so no complaints.
