It has a Victorian-style exterior, beautifully decorated interior, and a porch with glider swing to enjoy the refreshing mountain air and wildlife that frequent the area.
The townhome is located in the quaint Blue Spruce Village neighborhood - a quiet, private community just outside the city limits of Estes Park. It is situated in the 2nd row of homes, not directly on the river, but very close. Guests have access to the section of river that runs the length of the neighborhood.
The boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park is a short distance west of the property. It's only 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the national park and 3 miles to downtown Estes Park.

What we liked about the property was the beauty and how close it was to our main destination. What we didn't like was one of the neighbors that must have had a bad day.

Very quiet neighborhood. Close to RMNP entrance and downtown Estes. The house was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely rent again if we ever have the chance.

It was fully equipped, very comfortable, clean, with close proximity to the park. Communication with the Host was clear and easy.
