Built in 2022, this coastal craftsman has it all. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, chef's kitchen, private patios, and family room. Directly off the kitchen is a private patio with grill and new outdoor dining set. Steps away is our large community pool, private dock with water access, outdoor cabana with fireplace, and bocce and pickleball courts! The sugar white sand beaches are just 1.5 miles away!

We love staying in Ref Fish Harbor and come every year. This house sleeps large groups with its 4 bedrooms and multiple beds in every room except the downstairs master bedroom. Having 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor) was very nice. We enjoyed being able to shut the French doors to the hall leading into the 3 and 4th bedroom to reduce noise from our pre teen kiddos. Hosts are very responsive and property is in a great location!

The house was beautiful. We played pickleball and chess and bocce ball every night. It was great to have those during some cloudy days. Beds were comfy…we loved it all!
