I stayed here with my husband and two small children, and we loved it! It was so cozy, clean, and inviting. We had all the amenities we needed; beach towels, beach umbrellas, board games, boogie boards, toys for the kids, a cooler, washer and dryer with detergent, and a fully stocked kitchen! We always felt safe and it made for a very relaxing vacation.

My family stayed here for almost a week. It was cozy and had everything we needed and more. The location is great as it's close to lots of things. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella (all great quality)! Communication was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Pete!

Decent stay here, but there were a few things we didn't like, too. House itself is nice, but the area felt a little "down." House had a spot in the floor where the subfloor must have an issue, as the vinyl plank flooring has cracked. The pull-out sofa bed frame is bent, and we had a time carefully getting the bed out, then back in. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and we found none in the rest of the house (guessing this is a cleaning crew issue). Other than that, we had a good stay here--no security issues or anything like that, a/c worked great, TV is huge. We didn't receive check-out instructions, which was unexpected.
