Welcome to this beautiful stunning waterfront home with 2,847 sqft, 3 heating/ cooling systems, attached In-Law Suite, cathedral ceiling, private beach and built in beach fire pit. Unreal scenery with the best view while being so close to Boston. Large deck overlooking the water and watch the amazing sunsets. The home is conveniently located near top attractions like Nantasket Beach and just 16 miles from Boston Logan International Airport, 22 miles from Gillette Stadium. Kid playground and recreation are just feet away from the property.
The Space
This is a spacious home with 2,847 sq.ft, 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor in the in-law suite. 4 full bathrooms, 1 on the second floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the lower level. Double driveway with 6 cars, please always use our driveway to park, no street parking.
TV is in every bedroom, living room and family room. The kitchen with full cooking equipment but if cooking is not your thing, you're minutes away from authentic restaurants.
INDOOR FEATURES: dining table, laptop-friendly workspace, 2 electric fireplaces, 2 reclining leather couches, 2 living rooms, 2 refrigerators, 2 entrance doors.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor lighting, wood-burning fire pit on beach, outdoor seating, gas grill, beach chairs.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker (coffee & creamer provided), microwave, dishwasher, dishware & flatware, blender, toaster, garbage disposal.

Guest Access
Self check in, a code will be provided prior to your arrival. Guests will have access to the entire property except a locked closet on the second floor that is inaccessible as we keep our supplies in there.

Everything about this property was perfect! We had 5 people and it was more than enough room to chill and relax.

Amy was the perfect host. The house was spotless with a basket of welcome snacks in the kitchen. Amy had every supply we could need, all easily accessible. Every room was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We had seven adults and we fit comfortably. The evening views were amazing. We used this house as our main location for visiting the historic sites in Boston and Salem. We cannot praise this property or our host Amy enough!

This is a lovely home with water views. We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The home is spacious, yet cozy, and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you could possibly need was there, and everything was put away in an orderly and organized manner. We had our family reunion over Easter weekend at this house, and everyone remarked on how special it is! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!

Four adults spent four days. Property was as advertised. Clean, nicely furnished home in a quiet neighborhood, close to Boston transit system and interstate highways. Easy access to airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication with property management was excellent. I highly recommend this property if you plan a visit to Boston and the surrounding area. Lots of things to do and this property is the perfect home base.
