- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
- There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.
- Pin Ball machines are not in working order and not for guest use.
- The pool is a saltwater pool and is heated from May through September at no additional cost.
- Pool heating is available from May through September without a fee. Can be heated from October to April through an advanced request with a fee: $500 for 3-5 nights, $75 after that, with at least 2 days notice prior to guests' arrival.
- This home accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests. Up to 4 additional daytime visitors are permitted, for a maximum of 14 people at the property during the day. Daytime visitors may not stay overnight.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
