Vacation Home 38b in the vacation village has 3 rooms and can accommodate 4 people.

Located on the outskirts of the vacation village, Vacation Home 38b is in a very quiet and idyllic setting—surrounded by natural meadows with old trees (protected landscape area). The modernly furnished vacation home, approximately 54 m² in size, features a living room with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest restroom, all spread over two levels. The terrace faces southwest and is, of course, furnished. The beach is approximately 350 meters away.

On the sheltered, secluded southwest-facing sun terrace with unobstructed views, you can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The house comes with garden chairs with cushions, a table, and a parasol. On the first floor, facing the terrace, is the cozy living room with an integrated kitchenette. A romantic fire in the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. Entertainment is provided by a stereo system, TV, VCR, and DVD player.

The kitchenette’s high-quality appliances—including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, freezer compartment, and much more—leave nothing to be desired. The extendable dining table seats up to 4 people.

The bedroom on the first floor has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. The bathroom has a washing machine for doing laundry as needed. All windows on the first floor are equipped with roller shutters.

A wooden staircase leads to the equally bright and inviting upper floor of the vacation home. The spacious second bedroom, featuring a wide double bed (180 x 200 cm), is furnished with solid wood furniture. A toddler bed and a high chair are available. Here you’ll find a guest restroom with a sink.

In front of the entrance is another terrace, whose dense landscaping also makes it suitable for use. The storage room next to the entrance can be used to store a grill, bicycles, a handcart, etc.

The Urlauberdorf vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town center. The beach is about 350 meters away.

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Vacation Homes in the Vacation Village:

Built in 1997, the vacation village offers spacious accommodations for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the pier paths. Generous lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.

Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
