Communication was easy and fast. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. We ate in much of the week and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful location! We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this condo, the location, its accessibility to everything, the well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach accessories too. The views are stunning, the resort is very friendly as well. The only issue we had was a tv in the kids room with no remote and there was a set delivered the same day. Be sure to note that due to a recent change you now have to buy a wristband to use the pool/spa area and you have to wear it to get in( sucks for tan lines but you can put it on really loose and just take it off and on ) and this was not included when we booked but we were offered early/late check in/out to compensate. We would absolutely stay again if we decide to do another trip to PCB! We rented a beach wheelchair for our handicap son and had issue with other guest taking it and using it but we figured out a different way to lock it so just be aware people won’t think twice about taking and using what they did not pay for, I don’t mind if they needed but the fact is I paid and when I go to use it I expect it to be there.

Our stay at the property was good but the condo was pretty dusty. My family was all sneezing after the 1st day. You could see a coat of dust on the entertainment center in the living room for example.
