Wonderful space for our large family week at the beach. Lots of space to spread out, play games, cook, relax, etc. Great yard & outdoor shower. Easy communication with owners.

This house is perfect for a big group of people, we were there for a bachelorette of 16 girls! Kathryn & Dan were incredibly communicative and quick to respond if we had a question. The only recommendation I would give is maybe add some shade in the backyard since it was particularly sunny the weekend we were there. But the umbrellas on the deck worked while we were eating outside. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Pots and pans could use updating. Also, the furniture on the porch could use cleaning.Overall the house was perfect for our gathering.
