It is a villa with apartment with exclusive pool of the villa, fully equipped, barbecue, private parking, apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with 2 sofa bed, terrace, all rooms have balconies facing south and southwest with optimal sun exposure the apartment has a balcony with tables and chairs outside with a wonderful view and leisure area around the pool.

This is a beautiful property set in a scenic and peaceful location. It is extremely well maintained and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and there is a good variety of cafes/restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. The host is friendly and helpful. He happily answered any questions we had before and during our holiday.There are balconies around the property which ensure sun throughout the day and also provide lovely views. The pool area is very nice and the pool is a good size. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return some time.

Quim was an excellent host. He checked in regularly to make sure we felt at home. He was quick to respond to our questions. Property was great with beautiful views from multiple balconies ! Location was great. Would definitely recommend !!

This is just a wonderful place. The apartment is bright and very spacious, and the best view in all of Sao Martinho. Joaquim is an excellent host. He made us feel comfortable the minute we met him at the gate.
