• Secret Speakeasy Room: Sip cocktails in the secret speakeasy (if you can find it 😉) while you play poker or card/board games and watch your choice of sports, shows, or movies on 2 side-by-side tv’s.

•⁠ ⁠The pool and spa are maintained once weekly by a professional pool and spa company.

•⁠ ⁠We offer pool heating for an additional $345 per day per day. The pool and jacuzzi heating runs in colder months only if the outside temperature is above 40°F. Please reach out for more details.

•⁠ ⁠We allow up to 2 dogs for a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep your pups off of the furniture and keep them crated if they are left at home alone.

Our property is just a 7 minute drive from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.



During the Winter months we suggest all wheel drive vehicles. Any other time of year 2 wheel drive vehicles are okay.



Our home is conveniently located just 5 minutes off the interstate, making it easily accessible for all guests. Park in the parking garage and catch an Uber / Lyft downtown.

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 22 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges

• Pool Notice: The infinity pool is unavailable from December 1 through March 1 due to seasonal closure. The spa will remain open and available during this time.

• Pool & Spa Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once weekly.

• Pool Heating (In-Season Only): Available during operational months for $345 per day. Heating applies to the pool only and is not available during the winter closure period.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, please place all trash in the designated cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
