We were welcomed by Alessia upon arrival who welcomed us, explained everything and left a folder with some recommendations and maps on what to do and how to get around.
The place is super well situated with everything in walking distance, but keep in mind it's in a car free zone. The apartment is fully equipped including A/C, kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, which we didn't need but is a big plus to have on longer trips. The apartment isn't super new and some of the furniture is a bit worn, but everything worked and was neat & tidy when we arrived.
All in all an excellent spot to discover Rovinj from!

Overall, I had a great experience. The downtown location took advantage of walking to dinner, checking out a couple of galleries, and having drinks. Igor is a great host, helpful, and always available.
