Located on the 5th floor with lift, the flat offers a beautiful view of the Chamonix peaks, the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc du Tacul, Mont Maudit and the Aiguille/Dôme du Goûter.
It offers a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc range and is ideally located just 5 minutes from the start of the slopes and at the foot of the hiking trails.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.
It includes :

The surroundings are very quiet and the atmosphere is warm in this large mountain chalet of a former hotel residence. The residence is less than 500 meters from the Prarion gondola and the free shuttle bus to Les Houches and Chamonix (about 20 minutes) stops at the entrance of the residence.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
