Beautiful ocean view from this 6th floor unit. Nice quiet location and Chad was fantastic with his communication.

Overall good. Some light fixtures and sliding doors were broken or hard to open Bathtub needs grab bar.

Family weekend at the beach was made more special by this property. It was close to the beach and the pool. Chad was very responsive to all of my questions. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The furniture was comfortable too.

The location, beach access and pool quality were all excellent. The elevator was down for a day and the air conditioner was quirky, but all else was just fine. Would go back to this location again.
