This thoughtfully designed Park City vacation rental features a newly remodeled main level with an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen offers a quartz-topped kitchen island with seating, flowing into the dining area and living room with a cozy stone-faced gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide ample space for families or small groups to unwind in comfort. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and a full-sized bed in the third, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Park Avenue #256-1789 is a non-smoking, non-pet property and is available for nightly rentals during the winter and both nightly and monthly stays throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Guests enjoy a streamlined arrival with our Direct to Condo check-in process, which requires pre-registration prior to receiving your personalized door code. Housekeeping services are not included but may be arranged with advance notice through our Guest Services Office for a fee.
