Our stylish home, which accommodates up to 10 guests, offers plenty of space for spending time together as well as for some quiet time alone. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, workshops, seminars, and a relaxing workation. Wonderfully situated in a quiet location between Munich and Salzburg, nestled among mountains and lakes, it’s a place to take a deep breath and unwind.

A large garden, a covered terrace, and a fireplace ensure comfort in every season. Even in bad weather, the house offers plenty of space and comfort. Amenities include four bedrooms with five comfortable double beds, a large, fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living and dining area, a sauna, two bathrooms, and a pleasantly quiet location.
The villa is located in the picturesque village of Stein an der Traun, not far from Lake Chiemsee as well as other lakes and the mountainous landscape of the Chiemgau region. Its peaceful setting makes it the ideal starting point for nature lovers and active vacationers—whether hiking, climbing, golfing, or mountain biking in the surrounding mountains. Right by the lakes, well-maintained bike paths invite you to enjoy both relaxing rides and more athletic excursions.
