After a day of shopping at The Tanger Outlets in Foley, or sliding down the waterslides at Waterville USA, the queen bed in the primary bedroom is sure to welcome you to sweet slumber. Located up the spiral stairs you will find a king size bed in the loft area. The full-size bathroom which has a bathtub and shower combination is conveniently located just inside the living and kitchen area, so everyone has easy access.
Just because you’re away from home, doesn’t me you won’t have everything you need from home. Grand Beach Penthouse 3 has a washing machine and dryer, and Wi-Fi so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to do your laundry or have connection issues when you are trying to upload all the great photos you took during your day at the beach. The location simply cannot be beat. There is a large outdoor pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs all around the pool deck. If your mouth is watering for a grilled hamburger or hot dog, take advantage of the onsite grilling area.
*Starting mid-September 2025, construction to the landing platforms near the elevators will begin.*
Parking is limited to 2 passes per reservation. There is a ring doorbell camera at the entry way of the condo. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Overall, great experience. The condo was well equipped, the host was responsive, and the beds were comfortable. The main surfaces were clean but the condo could have used a good deep clean of main traffic areas and bathrooms.

The place is amazing, the location is wonderful. Walk-in distance to the beach and the view is incredible, I had breakfast at the balcony every morning. The kitchen has everything we needed and there were extra towels in the bathroom for all of us. We experienced some issues with the elevators in the morning, but they were very responsive to all my questions and took care of the issues directly with the building manager. My kids enjoyed the pool every day, and the maintenence team is great to keep the area clean.Extra points to the decorations and the neighbors. They were so jice ans gave us cookie during our staying. This is a place I will always return with my family. We had a great and fun long weekend!!
