Great house, everything was set up beautifully and ready for us when we arrived. Super close to Mt Buller, the main towns, and also a bunch of hiking/outdoor adventure activities. Would 100% stay again, was fabulous. The house had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything needed to cook and check in was super easy.

Perfect stay for family of four (two adults, two kids) and our dog. Really lovely set up, everything we needed, great spaces for the dog inside and on the balcony, gorgeous surroundings, perfect for day trips to Buller, Mansfield and surrounds.

Very comfortable, great location. Had most things we needed, although, we would have appreciated a coffee pot (stovetop or plunger) as there was nothing to make coffee it at all! Also some instructions on how to use the TV/DVD player - we worked it out, but not without a fair amount of angst!

A Perfect Getaway at Kooka Cottage Our stay at Kooka Cottage was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing as a couple or enjoying time with family or friends. Each room is thoughtfully laid out, and the entire space is filled with natural light and charming, cozy touches. The comfort level was beyond expectations the wood heater kept the place nice and warm, the living area inviting, spotless and well-maintained. We especially loved how well-equipped the kitchen was, allowing us to prepare meals easily and enjoy them in the lovely dining area or outside on the patio. Kooka Cottage strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic charm. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings, also it’s only 30 minutes from Mt Buller. We can’t wait to come back!
