Island Condo located in the perfect location, 5 minutes to Folly Beach and 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston. Covered parking near elevator. Beautiful large swimming pool with plenty of new lounge chairs, grill and covered patio for entertaining. Balcony that over looks the gorgeous pool. Kitchen with pantry, granite countertops, bar stools and all new stainless appliances. Master bedroom has queen bed with full bath. Guest bedroom with two full-size beds and full bath off hallway. Freshly painted, condo is sparkling clean and the ideal location for your getaway!

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a 6 week stay. Lori responded immediately to any questions we had, which were mostly recommendations for local restaurants and businesses. The property is dog friendly and has plenty of parking. It’s convenient to Folly Beach, Historic Charleston, John’s Island and Mount Pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

I was traveling with my 82 year old mother to spend time with my College of Charleston daughter who was finishing up her first year. The condo was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The dishes were just beautiful. We were so comfortable here. We loved the pool area and other residents were so friendly. The owners were very responsive to a couple of minor issues and were so sweet and kind during correspondence. I left some food and drinks, as I hated to throw perfectly good things away, and that was fine with them. The area was definitely busier than in the fall when we visit, but we learned that quickly and were so lucky to have the beautiful pool right here. We would 100% stay here again.
