We loved this unit, it was not like a rental but a home where great care was taken to provide a very comfortable environment.

The El Paseo Village unit we stayed in was so well equipped, it made us feel we were home! Deluxe kitchen appliances, beautiful finishes and private front/back patios for our vacay pleasure! One of the most accessible locations in Palm Desert for walking to favorite restaurants, shops and live music.
Loved the large capacity washer/dryer for all the tennis gear after playing on our two private courts! Garage spaces (2) will accommodate small cars or golf carts only. Upper end rental price but can’t beat the location!

This is the first time we have stayed at this condo. Everything was first class and well maintained. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. Ashley at itrip was very accessible for questions. We will stay here again!
