Great place to stay for our family of six. Had a great ping pong tournament and nice evenings by the fire pit. Close to so many things. Large TVs and enough seating for all. Highly recommend!

The Good: Good value, centrally located, safe neighborhood, easy check in and out,The Bad: cleanliness , cleanliness, cleanliness, communication, and follow through.We couldn’t have asked for a more centrally located location, ten minutes from everything in Amarillo.Unfortunately we found sheets that had not been changed, unswept floors, uncleaned window sills, dirty mirror, and the patio looked like it hadn’t been attended to in weeks.I contacted the Evolve team by email, text, and voice for two days. Although Marcia answered my texts and promised to have someone come over to clean, no one ever did.Unclean sheets!!!’ Disgusting.I would like a refund on my cleaning fee. It was ridiculous.Read previous reviews. One read very similar to this one, and others complained about cleanliness and lack of communication.
