This brand new, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa. It is in a brand new complex and features a balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes.
The living area offers a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku device for additional streaming options, and comfortable seating. Just off the living area is the private balcony featuring outdoor seating and incredible mountain views in the distance. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats three.
The spacious primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, condo very clean, family friendly, appreciated the underground parking too. Spent a lot of time at the park across the street!

Excellent accommodations. New, well laid out and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!!

Super clean, very comfortable, and nice little extras like books, games, lots of hooks by the entrance for coats, and a cozy blanket on the couch. Lovely mountains views. Well equipped kitchen. Our subaru with a cargo box on top even fit into the garage. We would definitely stay again. My only feedback is a minor issue, all the codes should be in one easy to refer to email or text, had to search multiple places for door code, garage code, trash code.

Property was not as described in listing. The master bedroom has a king and a twin bed in it while the other room has a queen. Getting into the building was frustrating at 9:30pm when the door code you were given isn’t working and there are minimal lights outside. The rental company must outsource because the language barrier with the representative didn’t help. Also be aware that there is no AC. This apartment is on the 3rd floor and gets very warm. There are multiple box fans that you can throw in the windows but again, frustrating.
