Bright and minimally furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Porto’s top attractions!
Fitted with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed and 2 single beds respectively. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
While free WiFi is available, the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.
Please note: Municipal work is currently underway in front of the house to build a new footpath. There may be some machinery and occasional noise during the day. The work is expected to last for 1 to 2 months.

One of the most typical neighbourhoods in the city, Campanhã is close to the heart of the city. The rural traditions live side by side with the recent process of modernisation. Art galleries, cafes and theatre companies are emerging in the neighbourhood and transforming Campanhã.
The neighbourhood is at a close distance from major spots in the city and not far from the Douro River. Its central location and proximity to Faculdade de Belas Artes, combined with the low rental prices, make it a highly searched place among students.
Containing the main train station in the north region, travelling to other Portuguese cities becomes easy in Campanhã.
My home is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest train station, Campanha, is 7-mins away on foot.
Several buses service the area.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-min drive from the apartment.
Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property .
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).

Great VRBO in Porto that has a great view and a local feel. Issues with accessibility noted by others isn’t really an issue unless you’re unable to get around. Bolt/Uber in Porto are so cheap that the location is convenient for everything.

The building had a nice patio with a great view. The guest service check-in contact went above an beyond! The location is not suitable to seniors or people with mobility issues. The guest ready transit did not know how to drop off at the building but rather at the end of the flume with two set of stairs. The location for ride share must be pinned as there is no actual street access. This made for a frustrating time getting in and out of the unit.

Positve: Excellent view overlooking the River. Great Lacation, walking distance to city center, train station, shopping etc. We managed everything by foot or Uber.
Negative: Property on balcony side, there is construction happening below that one doesn't see through the photos on the website. During the day you have the constant noise of the construction. On the front entrance side you have the the train tracks above where every few minutes trains are passing through from the nearby train station and because we slept with the windows open ( can't sleep with AC on) it was extremely unbearable after a few days stay ( we booked for 14 nights). It would have been nice to know this factor before we booked.
We also had water leak through a lamp fixture despite calls, emails and visit to office, this was never fixed and made due with a bucket in the kitchen.
