It is a 2-story home in a quiet residential neighborhood, featuring 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. "The Flyer" is a clean and bright 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen features a large granite island and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher), coffee maker, pots, pans, toaster, and more. In the living room you will find a sofa, loveseat and two chairs, 50" smart TV, and games. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed and double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to it is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a full hall bathroom. The main floor also features a large dining room, and laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guests to use during their stay.
The second level includes 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, one with a full size bed, and the last one with 2 single beds. A full hall bathroom is available for the upstairs bathrooms.
High-speed internet is available for guests to work and relax in the house.
Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening in our covered backyard sitting area. The Flyer offers a convenient location and a great space for groups visiting the Dayton area.

You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two detached garage areas in the back of the home that are locked and used for owner storage. Exclusive access is provided through a keyless smart lock.
Must sign a rental agreement upon booking and upload Government ID. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements.
A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

- For the security of our guests and the property, we are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at this address for any length of stay. We recommend arranging deliveries to a nearby pickup location or local postal service.
-- This is a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am.
-- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host.
--No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio.
--Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property.
No late check-out without prior approval (unauthorized late check-out fee of $300 will apply if guest is not checked out by 10am)

The property was very nice and comfortable for our family of 8 with room to spare. The nearby AirForce Museum, in my family's opinion is a must see.

The house was clean and comfortably housed 12 of us for the weekend. It was equipped with all the basics needed and the common areas were roomy enough to hold us all when we wanted to gather. There’s a nice outdoor space as well. Communication with the host was easy and check in was flexible.My only complaint is that recycling isn’t supported. We found a way to dispose of this on our own, but it would have been more convenient if there had been a bin for recycling as well as the bins for trash.

This house was perfect for our needs. We spent four days here over Christmas and had a total of 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 4 - 16). The large kitchen and dining room were nice for our large group. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Communication was very easy with detailed information provided and quick replies. The check-in/check-out process was also very easy. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Lovely house! It looks small when you drive up but there is ample space. They go out of their way to insure all the essentials and more are there for you. Even snacks, waters and coffee . Disappointed there was no grill, but it worked. The twin beds were not as comfortable for the adults, but it was fine. Excellent value for the weekend - we would go back again!!
