There are a total of five apartments in the building: the "Sturmmöwe," "Fischmöwe," "Lachmöwe," "Silbermöwe," and "Heringsmöwe" apartments.
The spacious "Heringsmöwe" duplex apartment sleeps 3 people.
A separate entrance leads to the lower level of this modernly furnished vacation apartment. Here you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, the children’s bedroom with a single bed, and the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A staircase leads you to the spacious and modern living area with an open kitchen. A cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a glass-ceramic stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

Lietzow—a small village between the Kleiner and Großer Jasmunder Bodden with an idyllic beach where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.
The “Möwe” house was built in 2013 and offers four equally sized 3-room duplex apartments, each accommodating 4 people and featuring a balcony—a great way to vacation in the same house with extended family or families of friends while still having your own private space.
Some apartments offer a view of the small Jasmund Bodden. Bicycles you bring with you can be safely stored in a locked bike garage. To keep you entertained even on rainy days when you can’t go on excursions, in addition to a wide selection of TV and radio programs, you can borrow game consoles (PS3 or Wii) and a variety of games. Visit us in the winter, too, and enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace.
