The 120M house has just been completely renovated and features a large living area with an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining room (total area of approximately 70m2).
In the center of the room, we’ve installed a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings by the fire!

A large hacienda-style mezzanine houses three bedrooms (each 10 m²) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vintage zinc bathtub.

All bedrooms are equipped with bedding found in 5-star hotels.

1st bedroom: 2 beds measuring 90x200 cm that can be pushed together to form a 180 cm bed

2nd bedroom: 1 bed measuring 160x200 cm + 1 loft bed with a 90x200 cm mattress.
Please note: the stairs leading up to the loft are quite steep. Not suitable for children under 10 years old.

3rd bedroom: 1 bed (160x200cm) + 1 loft with 1 mattress (90x200cm). Please note: the stairs leading up to the loft are quite steep. Not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Each bedroom can be equipped with a crib. We have two available.

Opposite the living room, a large 2.50-length picture window opens onto a wooden deck (45m²) that serves as the “gateway” to the garden (1200m²). A treehouse in the cherry tree completes the setting for children under 5 years old.
Right in front of you are the wheat fields!

To enhance the home, we’ve installed an above-ground pool (rectangular Intex) measuring 6 m x 3 m x 1.30 m in height.

It’s located at the back of the garden, facing the wheat fields!
