Studio apartment in the historic center of Rome, the beating heart of the Eternal City.
The house is situated, in fact, on Lungotevere dé Cenci, on the ground floor of a beautiful historic building from the early 1900s with an independent entrance from the condominium courtyard.
The house is located in a strategic position near the main attractions and monuments of the Capital: a few meters away you will find Trastevere, Piazza Venezia, Portico D’Ottavia, Campo dè Fiori, Pantheon, Bocca della Verità, Circus Maximus and much more.
The Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso and Trevi Fountain can be reached with a short and pleasant walk.
Public transport is just 50 meters from the apartment and connects the whole city, and directly with the termini station.
You can experience the folklore and atmosphere of the Roman districts with the typical artisan shops and restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bakeries and historic pastry shops, supermarkets and clubs on the Tiber.
The apartment can accommodate 3 people and is composed of a single room with a double bed 1. 60 x 2. 00 meters long or 2 separate beds, with an additional single bed and possibility of the fourth emergency bed to be closed during the day. We were on a short time line. We arrived the afternoon of day 1. We went to the Colosseum and the Vatican the next day. We left by 05:50 the next day to take an early train to Florence. The location was perfect. Having a mini market across the street helped with breakfasts on the run Water was too hot for safety. The bed was a little hard but easily fixed by putting an extra blanket under me. Could not figure out how to shower without getting a little water on the floor

Property was very well located, close to a lot of places to see, just across the river from Trastavere which has very good food.Supermarket across the street.Very good access to public transport.Contact with host very good.Shower is quite small, but then again I am very tall.

The property is very well located near the main attractions. I walked everywhere. It was clean and convenient.

Central location. The address given was not the entrance the guest was to use. We contacted the host upon arrival who was going to let us in. We waited for 20 min for someone to come down and texted again. They had buzzed us in at a different door leading to the same courtyard. The room was as described , but it seemed quite humid and it was difficult to dry clothing. We didn't use the small kitchen. Transport to the airport was easy.
