ChiCo is a bright, stylish city center building carefully designed and decorated by notable Mexican architects, perfect base to explore, located in a secure block between beautiful Parque Mexico and iconic Amsterdam avenue in the charming neighborhood of Condesa with wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, the atmosphere in the neighborhood is lovely, you will find local and specialty stores, the architectural style of the old city, terraces in summer and cultural centers.
Our apartments are a relaxing rest option full of comfort, featuring 24 units. ChiCo is a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.

Easy access from the main streets of the city and close to public transport makes this place the perfect location to start exploring the city.
The neighborhood can be easily explored on foot or by bicycle and you can find several friendly and fun options to move around all the streets of Condesa and its neighboring neighborhoods as La Roma, Juárez and Cuauhtemoc. UBER and DIDI are both very good and convenient services.
One block away is the Ecobici station (bike rental).
The Metrobus is also in the area.
If this is your first visit to Mexico City, we recommend using the Turibus for tours of the city. The closest station is Fuente La Cibeles.

Think of it as a hotel suite, not an apartment. It’s small - good for max two person, but has everything you need, and the space is used effectively. And the location is amazing.The entire building is very well kept. The terrace has common area and breakfast/coffee for all, and nice area to chill and read or work.Others have complained about the street noise but they probably have not lived in a city like CDMX. Compared to other locations, this is actually on the quiet side. During my 10 day stay in June 2026, unfortunately, there was very loud construction on the property during the day, and the management did little to nothing about it. The property is not owned by the people managing the lodgings, so they claimed to have no idea about the length and schedule of the construction. This may not be of much concern to an average tourist who’d be out of the lodging during much of the day but since I’m a digital nomad, the noise was particularly frustrating during my work hours. The breakfast staff, the cleaners and the front desk staff are all very courteous. I’d still recommend the place as long as you know not to expect any support from management should there be an issue.
