We enjoyed our stay. The back yard is very large with a nice covered area. It must have rained before we arrived because there was a lot of standing water and mud and tall grass, and we didn’t use the backyard as much as we would have otherwise. In better conditions, the backyard would be the highlight of the house. It’s a great space that is fully fenced, which is nice with kids and dogs. There is also a cool game room shed in the backyard, but I advise not closing the door all the way when you are inside because it is extremely difficult to open from the inside. We only used it once because of this, but it has potential to be a cool space.The house has 2 bedrooms and a second living space connected by a door to the second bedroom. There are cameras on the property (regular Ring doorbell camera and another camera in the backyard attached to the covered patio toward the house). This was initially surprising to us as we didn’t expect it, but it was ok.The ceiling light in the hallway had moisture accumulating inside and was dripping down onto the floor. We let the host know, and they promptly sent someone out to look at it. They determined it was condensation and assured us they would fix it after our stay and advised we not use the light.The house is very well equipped and was pretty clean (especially compared to other pet friendly short term rentals we have stayed in).Nina was very friendly.We will consider staying in the house again for our next Rockport trip.

If there was one word to describe this property, it would have to be perfection! The house was the perfect size for my family of 6. Every morning the kids would put in a CD and listen to music. At night we'd watch a DVD. After a long day at the beach, we'd shower and just relax. Perfect hot water and water pressure! I loved how all 6 of us had enough towels for our entire stay. The amenities were great! A few times I would say, oh I forgot something, but then found the house had it. No joke, this house had EVERYTHING! My teenagers LOVED the game room out back. The beach and main stores were super close by. The street the house is on, very quiet and peaceful! I am beyond thrilled to have found this house and would 100% stay here again. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend!
