children's playground, shopping, tennis courts, post office, bus station and pharmacy are all within 50 meters of your front door.
You can walk everywhere in Lapad. Since it's relatively compact you can stroll from the beach to a cafe-bar, restaurant and back
to your apartment without breaking a sweat.
Local tours boats are also just down the street so you can arrange a tour of this beautiful area and beyond.
Sail to the popular Elafiti Islands and around the Adriatic where you can choose from over a thousand islands to enjoy
and experience the crystal clear sea, historic harbors and beautiful beaches away from all of the crowds.If you want

This is a great property to stay at. Very close to the promenade. Keep in mind that it is an uphill walk to get to the front door. It's very doable, but if you struggle to walk at all it would be too hard. Family lives right next door with a shared wall, but it wasn't a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to get away from the noise. If you are looking for more noise and night life stay 1 street level down. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and Antonio is super responsive. He arranged for a pick up for us from the airport and he drove us himself back to the airport. Perfect place for the price and everything is within walking distance. We will be back! The only negative that would have made things easier is if there were things like salt, pepper, and coffee pods.
