Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Host was outstanding! Accommodations were updated and the view of the golf course was excellent! We stayed for about 2 months while building our house! Simply can’t beat the location and price! Strongly recommend a linen package that includes hand towels and pot holders!
