Walk into the lake from your own private beach and private dock., Boating, swimming, fishing from property. Enjoy the evening around the fire pit overlooking the lake with beautiful Sunsets. Beautiful property. Too many stairs for me but it didn't bother anyone else in my party. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The property is amazing and Mickey and Grace are excellent and very responsive hosts! We had a few questions during our stay and they always answered within 5 minutes. The location on Chateaugay Lake was perfect - quiet location, easy lake-side access, and beautiful sunsets. It was about 25min from Malone for groceries, Dunkin', Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, and delicious take-out meals from local restaurants. It is an easy and visually amazing hour drive to Lake Placid and the High Peaks region. Linens and towels were provided and there are a washer and dryer on site, which reduced the amount of clothing we had to bring and made unpacking when we arrived home much more pleasant! We definitely recommend Mickey and Grace and their beautiful lake-side home!
