Spectacular sea views from comfortable house on 3 floors
Treat yourself to an iodized stay in a villa enjoying a magnificent sea view from the living room, the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen.
Renovated in 2022, this house consists of 10 rooms:
- A living-dining room of 40m2 with breathtaking views,
- A well-equipped kitchen with sea views.
- 3 rooms with sea view and a dormitory on the 2nd floor
- 2 toilets and bathrooms
- In addition to the basement, laundry room and garage, the house has a furnished terrace
- Beach 10m away.
The accommodation
This house was largely renovated in 2022 with the help of an architect decorator.
The rooms are bathed in light and are organized around a plush staircase with a beautiful wooden railing, typical of the 50s.
The house consists of:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- A living-dining room of 40m² with breathtaking views of the sea,
- A very well equipped kitchen of 10m² with sea view,
- A bathroom refurbished in 2022 with toilet.
- The whole is surrounded by a large raised terrace with a beautiful sea view.
On the 1st floor
3 bedrooms with sea view and equipped with roller shutters:
- The "Corail" room with a double bed offers two sea views: a window to the north and a window to the east on the beach for the sunrise. It gives access to a small room of 4m² (with a large cupboard) still with a sea view, allowing you to put a baby bed.
- The "Horizon Blue" room equipped with 2 beds (90x200) offers a spectacular sea view through two large sliding windows (one window to the north and the other to the west for the sunset). This room is surrounded by an unobstructed balcony overlooking the terrace.
- The "Sand" room: the two windows, one with sea view (west facing) and the other to the south, bring a lot of light to this room with 2 beds of 90x200cm.
- Independent toilets also have a view of the sea!
