Great little property, pretty and soothing landscaping. No lake view from unit 2 but just a one minute walk to a good view and place to lounge. The lake has a 5 mph boat speed limit so using the provided kayaks or stand up paddle boards is a great option. And the lake is interesting to explore - it’s not just a round little lake, it winds through its basin with several interesting arms and little inlets. Inside, unit 2 was well kept and attractively decorated, with a comfy bed. It’s small but still has a stove, washer/dryer, medium sized fridge and small dishwasher. The “small” is cozy charm, not claustrophobic. There is no oven so don’t plan meals that need that. Only caution I have is that (like many houses around this lake) there’s a lot of stairs/trail to get to the lake. So if you have very bad knee or hip problems it could be an issue. That said, I’m 60 and it wasn’t a problem for me. My wife says, “Don’t forget the bunnies in the yard.” They’re wild Brush Cottontails, so no guarantees. But they were super cute!

Check-in process was seamless. Kitchen is small (you would expect this in a studio) but very functional. Overall, this property is very new looking, extremely clean and very well appointed. Should have everything a couple would need for a delightful stay. And being pet friendly checks a very important box for us.
