Nice quiet location, amazing views, well stocked kitchen, would definitely return.

Great house, great location, worked perfectly for us.

Good layout for family with young adults

The views are phenomenal - having morning coffee on the back deck while watching the deer grazing as the sun rose was incredible. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and we loved the kitchen/living room with their huge windows. Unfortunately, we had water heater issues throughout our stay. A valve broke on our first day, which the property management company immediately had fixed. But even once repaired, we continued to have problems. The water heater's capacity was such that we could only get through 2 - 2.5 showers for our family of five before it went cold. Having to plan for the water to reheat so we could all finish showering meant adjusting our schedule each day and planning for extra time at the house. As we come to CB to be outside and exploring as much as possible, this was disappointing and frustrating.
