Located near National Highway 10 (which can be heard depending on the wind direction), this vacation rental’s main attractions are its large, fenced-in property and its winter garden, which is pleasant in all seasons thanks to its summer furniture! Built on a basement level, the Gîte du Parc features a kitchen, a spacious dining-living room, one bedroom (with a 140-bed) and its own shower room, a second bedroom (with an 180-bed) and its own bathroom and toilet, and a separate toilet. In the park, garden furniture and a barbecue are available for guests’ use. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, close to all the shops. The Vallée des Singes in Romagne is 14 km away, the Magné Floral Park is 28 km away, and the charming town of Charroux is 24 km away.
