The residences on Peak 8 are inspired by the mountain environment that surrounds the resort. These villas boast the best location anywhere, it directly overlooks the base of Peak 8 directly in front of the Rocky Mountain and Colorado Super Chair. In the Summer enjoy all the fun at Epic Adventures.

This is an excellent property, as close to the ski lifts as you could want to be. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host Jodie was quickly responsive to any questions. As an owner of a VRBO property myself, I give this accommodation my highest personal recommendation.

We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our window. The property has everything any one could ask for. The outdoor hot tuba under the stars is epic! Comfortable outdoor seating with fire tables to relax by while cooking our own dinners. Easy access to downtown Breckenridge. We love this locarion and town

Loved our stay at the Grand CO on Peak 8. 5 star amenities which include the grotto (21 years +), gym (with Peloton bikes) pools, jacuzzis, steam rooms and a cold plunge. For skiers, the ski lockers are steps away from the lifts. This is a timeshare; however, there was no pressure to sit through their pitch and the staff are all so friendly.
We would definitely stay here again.
