This beautiful house is located in the center of Can Picafort, in a quiet area a few meters from its spectacular sandy beach. The accommodation, modern and functional, has been recently renovated and is perfectly equipped as it has everything you need to spend a fantastic vacation on the island. It also has a fantastic furnished terrace perfect to enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers.
Can Picafort is one of the most famous tourist areas of the island. There you can find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops or enjoy family activities. But undoubtedly, the most spectacular of the area is its large sandy beach. In addition, in the center every Friday the weekly market is celebrated, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts. On the other hand, the area is very well connected by public transport with Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia, other tourist reference areas.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has a hot / cold air conditioning unit in the living room. In the other rooms you will find fans and radiators at your disposal.

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, the location is great and you have everything you need. Only thing is there is no A/C in the bedroom so it can get pretty warm.
