The outdoor space was fabulous. The view from inside the Casita and on the deck was everything……. Pretty much a 360 view all the way around. Wow. What can I say. Everything was amazing at the house. Lisa and Matt were quick to respond to any question and concern I had both before and during our stay. There was a tiny hiccup while trying to enter the house with my code but it was nothing Matt and Lisa couldn’t fix right away. Due to user error of the fridge, Matt called me right away regarding my concern and reassured me and answered all of my questions.The house is beautiful and everything inside is of quality material. Bedding, towels and furniture were comfortable and not cheap. All the small details of the house elevated our stay and gave a WOW factor. I appreciate Matt in coordinating with me on turning on the side pool streams, which surprised my party when we came back to the house to take a swim. Our stay was well-worth the money. Thank you so much, Matt and Lisa!

I’ve stated a bunch of houses up in Lake Havasu , and the way this house was built and the detail to the lounge chairs in the pool the patio furniture. The inside was impeccable. And MATT could not have been easier to talk to you about any changes I needed. Just an excellent experience I will never stay at another house in Lake Havasu. Thank you so much.

Our group arrived at different times, and unfortunately, initial experiences left something to be desired. Found a bloody towel in 1 bathroom and swimwear breast pads, along with a pair of sandals, left in the pool area. It was evident that the property has not been thoroughly inspected by the management prior to arrival. However, upon my arrival, I found the property Itself to be quite nice. The location is ideal especially for boaters as it’s close to the marina. The spacious layout provided ample room for us to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. All the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen island was a great spot for family card games. The backyard design, along with the available games was a lovely touch. The Casita was also a highlight-beautifully decorated and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We decided to have a BBQ on Saturday evening, but encountered an issue when thick black smoke emerged from the grill while cooking steaks. Thankfully, we managed to salvage our meal, but it raised concerns about the properties maintenance. Such incidents suggest a lack of routine upkeep, which should be a priority for a rental property. Additionally, the oven appears to need attention; I worried similar issues could arise indoors. While we appreciated the provision of cooking vessels and utensils, The selection fell short for the number of guests the house accommodates. Remainder of our review is a picture in photos
