Great prosperity for a big family or two small families. We were 8 people total with 4 adults and 4 kids. The house had plenty of space and was equipment with all the essentials necessary. There is access to fishing feet from the front door and the beach access is less than 5 minutes away. We stayed during the 4th of July weekend and while the island was busy the location of this property was fairly quiet and calm throughout our stay.

Several maintenance issues such as clogged sinks, toilets continually running, a faucet that would trickle in the master bedroom but stay was good. Place says it sleep 8 which I technically did with two roll away beds upstairs but not sure where those people would have slept unless they slept in the master bedroom or carried them downstairs since the pullout bed was broken. We were able to make it work based on the kids we had but if we had 8 adults, this would have been challenging.

I would rate our stay a 2.5 out of 5.Pros:•Great proximity to the pool and convenient garage space for beach gear.•Beautiful bay views.•The condo had a nice selection of games and some updated furniture pieces.Cons:•Cleanliness was a concern. There appeared to be pet vomit or diarrhea next to the couch in the primary bedroom that hadn’t been cleaned.•Unlike neighboring units, this one had no furniture on the balconies, so we weren’t able to sit outside and enjoy the view.•The back door made a loud, unpleasant noise when opened or closed—almost like a barking dog. It was difficult to open. •The water pressure in the primary shower was extremely low, making it difficult to rinse shampoo out of my hair.•Communication with the host was poor. I reached out three times in advance about a bassinet for our infant and only received a response after calling. They did eventually provide a pack ‘n play, which we appreciated.Overall, for the price, it was okay—but we’ve stayed in other units in this same complex for a similar cost that were much nicer. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t book this particular unit again.
