The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a concert at the iThink Amphitheatre. It was a short drive over. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The back yard is next to one of the many waterways throughout the area. We had Muskovy ducks in the back yard, along with their babies (ducklings?). That was nice to see. We cooked a couple meals there. Had all the kitchen utensils we could have needed. All in all, the place was what we needed. I like quiet, and it definitely was that.

The property and Jason were outstanding. As a host, Jason could not be better; full and complete instructions, super fast responses to questions and clear communications.

This is a great property in a quiet area. Virtually no traffic. We have friends in the area and we really love the Royal Palm area. We spent a few days at the beach and parks. We enjoyed the relaxation and quiet. Everything was very clean with lots of amenities. The kids loved feeding the ducks and geese. There were 4 small ducks that were so sweet and would come running every time my son went into the back yard. We would definitely come back here. We love to visit Florida and this was a really nice place to stay. Thanks

Beautiful house, nice area. Very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
