The Space
A studio apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront. The living areas look out to no view.
Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with no view.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, kettle, compact air fryer, and mini fridge.

King bed or 2 Single beds
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
The Neighbourhood
Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a 3-minute walk to Altitude Brewery and a 5-minute walk to Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Distance from nearest supermarket: Woolworths Queenstown, 30 Grant Road, Frankton — 2.5 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 2.1 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 5.3 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 18.3 km
Distance from Coronet Peak: 23.5 km
Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External stairs only; no internal stairs
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.
At least one guest must be over the age of 22
No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Yes! The best selection of shops just 100 metres down the way on the waterfront, perfection. A short drive to Queenstown centre for more restaurants and everything you could possibly want or need.

⸻We had the most incredible stay at The Marina in Frankton! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect — right by the water with stunning views and only a short drive into Queenstown.The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented. The kitchen had everything we needed, and waking up to that peaceful lake outlook each morning was something really special. It truly felt like a home away from home, with that added luxury holiday touch.We loved being close to the marina, the walking tracks, and the local cafes. It’s quiet, scenic, and so well maintained. After big adventure days exploring Queenstown, coming back here was the perfect way to unwind.Highly recommend to anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and gorgeous views all in one place. We would absolutely stay here again!
