This Condo can also be rented as a 1bed/1bath for a reduced rate. Fantastic Location-Walk to everything! Medano Beach is 250 feet away, less than a 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants "The Office" , "Ediths", "Tres Sirenas", "Bar Esquina", "Gardenas" and so many more. The Marina, and the associated Luxury shopping mall, and downtown are all less than a 5 minute walk also. No need for a rental car. This was such a great Condo...literally a 2 minute walk right to the beach. the view was never obstructed, such a nice place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. It was clean, Beautiful & had all the amenities. It's a very easy walk to the marina to hop on excursions, Walmart is just a short 5 minute walk. Bradley & Hector were fabulous, super helpful!!!...I would definitely stay here again!

The condo is spacious, clean and has more than enough supplies and extras to make your trip easy and enjoyable. Communication is excellent with great recommendations for dining and activities. We would definitely stay again. Location is in a great spot, close to beach and close to marina and downtown!!
