Monolocale Lu Ientu
is an apartment with a spacious living room, a well-equipped open
kitchen so you can enjoy cooking your favorite meals during your stay,
an electric oven and TV, plus two single beds.The sleeping area consists
of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. 
Located
in the heart of Porto Cesareo, Versomare is developed on the first
floor of a building where you can spend your vacation with all necessary
services within reach. The apartments Lu Sule and Lu Mare can easily
accommodate up to 11 people. They have a shared entrance staircase, a
furnished terrace for outdoor dining and a laundry rooms to use the washing machine. There is no internal parking space but you can easily park your car on the street in front of the building.

Versomare is
a complex of 3 apartments in the center of Porto Cesareo. The popular
beach of the town is only 150 meters from the complex and very easily to
reach on foot, as are all main services. The equipped beaches are only a
few kilometers away, such as the famous beaches of Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione e Riva degli Angeli, with there with Caribbean sea and high golden dunes.


 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
