This was the second straight summer we have stayed at this property-- excellent location, beautiful home, all the necessary amenities. Joseph was super easy to work with and very responsive to any/all questions/concerns. Six working bikes was amazing for our crew to take off for beach time or a quick jaunt around the neighborhood. Pool and patio area was the perfect spot to gather and relax. Will be back again!

House was extremely clean, beautiful with all the recent updates and just a quick bike ride from the beach! Communication was excellent and prompt! We enjoyed our stay in June!

The location was perfect right next to Vanderbilt Beach. The house was clean with excellent amenities throughout. Our family enjoyed the pool and the bunkbeds were a hit with our kids. Highly recommend.

Joseph is an amazing host. The house is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Very good location also, near the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
