This beautifully presented studio apartment offers stunning views of the Remarkables Mountain Range, ensuring an unforgettable stay in Queenstown.
The Space
This studio apartment is located in a multi-level building in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park, with living areas that look out to the mountains.
The layout flows from the entry door into the studio, with the kitchen on the left, the bathroom straight ahead, and the dining/bedroom area to the right.
Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with mountain views.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with a shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a two-burner cooktop, Eurotech dishwasher, Eurotech fridge, convection inverter microwave, rice cooker, and toaster.
Standard configuration:
1 King bed that splits into two Singles
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedroom area, and bathroom.
The Neighbourhood
Both the Remarkables and Coronet ski fields are only a scenic 30-minute drive away, offering endless adventures. This neighbourhood balances Queenstown's lively activities with a peaceful atmosphere.

Stairs: No internal stairs
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and keep the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

There were shops a short drive away and the view was super and as advertised and the unit was clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay but would like to have been closer to downtown Queenstown but we knew when we booked that we were a 20 minute or so drive (traffic very heavy due to roadworks ) from the Town Centre

Bit out of the way and found it difficult to navigate to. Instructions for entry did not warn of parking restrictions at the property and little signage that parking restrictions applied to outdoor parking areas (i.e. a parking permit must be displayed). Although an underground car park included, we parked in outside specified bay 63 overnight on our last night for an easy luggage pickup. Very upset to find we had incurred a parking fine of NZ85
